POLICY
We do free delivery country-wide.
We deliver through Mercury Courier Company. If you do not have a physical address it can be delivered to the Mercury Office in the closest town near to you, where you will be notified to collect when it arrives.
Please feel free to contact us if you need anymore information regarding the delivery of your order.

We also ship to South Africa at a fee. It takes about 10 days to 2 weeks for your order to arrive.
RETURN POLICY
Our Bags go through a very thorough quality control check, to make sure they are always perfect and durable.
If your bag arrives and you are not satisfied with the quality we can swap it out for another, if we have the same one swap it for that, or offer a refund.
We do not however offer refunds for a purchase after 14 days once delivery has been made, and we will not offer refunds for damage that has been made by the customer after purchase.
